Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have a question about renting an inflatable game? You’ll probably find your answer here. If not, don’t hesitate to call or write to us; we’re always happy to help.
Booking and Payment
How can I book an inflatable game?
Booking is done directly online, on the page of your chosen game. Select your date, check real-time availability, then confirm your reservation in a few clicks. If you prefer to book by phone or have questions before finalizing, contact us at (819) 429-3377.
How far in advance should I book?
The earlier you book, the better your chances of getting the date and game you want, especially during peak season (May to September). We recommend booking at least 3 to 4 weeks in advance for summer weekends. For weekday or off-season rentals, a shorter notice is usually sufficient.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. The balance is then due before game pickup. The exact terms (deposit amount, deadlines) are specified during online booking.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card payments directly on our online booking platform. For schools, municipalities, or businesses requiring specific invoicing, contact us: we will adapt to your administrative requirements.
Pickup and Setup
How does pickup work in Mont-Tremblant?
Our pickup point is located at 75, chemin Napoléon in Mont-Tremblant, and it is accessible by appointment. When you book online, we will arrange a pickup time together. Please note that inflatable games take up space. Plan for a suitable vehicle (SUV, pickup truck, or minivan) and assistance for loading.
How long does setup take?
Allow about 15 minutes, depending on the game. The instructions provided at pickup will guide you step-by-step: unfolding, anchoring, blower connection, and checking safety points. No need to be a handyman; everything is designed to be simple.
How to set up the inflatable game like a pro?
Each rental comes with a clear, illustrated guide, designed to make everything stress-free, even if it’s your first time. It shows you how to anchor the game according to your terrain (stakes in the grass, sandbags on a hard surface) and how to check that everything is properly in place before letting the children play. No experience is necessary; by following the guide, you’ll set up your inflatable game like a pro.
How does the game return work after rental?
Returns are made at our Mont-Tremblant pickup point, at the time agreed upon during your online booking. Before returning the game, a simple sweep to remove leaves, grass, or sand is sufficient: no deep cleaning is expected. The guide provided at pickup also explains how to deflate and fold the game correctly, so everything ends as simply as it began. And if you have any doubts about the time or process, call us on Messenger.
The Day of the Event
How long can I keep the game?
The standard rental duration is one day. Games rented for the weekend can be kept from Saturday to Sunday. For special needs (multi-day rentals, municipal events, school rentals), contact us: we will work together to find the best solution.
Is an electrical outlet needed near the game?
Yes. The blower that keeps the game inflated must remain plugged in continuously throughout its use. A standard 110V outlet is sufficient. If the nearest outlet is more than 25 feet (about 8 meters) from the game, plan for a certified outdoor extension cord, or speak to us about it before pickup.
What happens if I want to extend the rental?
This is possible, subject to the game’s availability the following day. Please make your request as soon as possible, ideally before pickup. An additional day is charged at our usual rates.
Do I need to clean or dry the game before returning it?
Yes, the inflatable game must be returned to us clean and completely dry. A module stored wet can develop mold and deteriorate quickly. Before folding it, simply let it air dry, then wipe it with a cloth if necessary. If the game is returned wet or soiled, cleaning and drying fees will be deducted from your security deposit.
Safety and Use
From what age can children play?
Most of our games are suitable for children aged 2 and up. However, each game has its own age, height, and weight recommendations, indicated on its individual page. We advise you to always follow these guidelines for children’s safety.
How many children can play at the same time?
Each game has a specific maximum capacity (number of children and total weight), indicated on its product sheet. It is essential to respect this limit to ensure everyone’s safety and avoid damaging the structure. If your event involves many children, it’s best to plan for rotations.
Is adult supervision required?
Yes, a responsible adult must supervise the use of the game at all times. This person ensures that the rules are followed (no shoes, no food, no sharp objects, no dangerous stunts) and that children play safely. This instruction applies for the entire rental period.
Weather and Cancellation
What happens in case of bad weather?
Inflatable games are sensitive to strong winds and storms. In case of a significant weather alert (sustained winds over 50 km/h, thunderstorms, intense rain), use must be stopped and the game deflated for everyone’s safety. If the weather forecast in advance is clearly unfavorable, we can postpone your rental to another date, free of charge.
What is your cancellation policy?
The specific conditions are detailed on our Disclaimer page, accessible from the site’s footer. In summary, a cancellation made more than 48 hours in advance allows for rescheduling or a full refund of the deposit. In case of cancellation due to weather, we always review the situation on a case-by-case basis and prioritize rescheduling.
